The Loft is an open-air space located above RODI. The center of the room looks down on our atrium to the Egret Fountain. Featuring a bar and lounge area as well as a stage and dance area, the Loft is a versatile space that can be modified to meet most any special needs.

Features:

• Maximum seating capacity up to 250 guests for sit-down events, 300 guests for stand-up events

• Full service catering available including premium menu options and bakery.

• Full bar service available with option for private bar with assigned bartender

• Rental period for The Loft is from 8am until 11pm. Event is limited to 6 hours.

• Designated smoking area outside in covered area

• Separate parking lot and separate entrance for guests
  

What is Included

• The above prices include, tables, chairs, plates, silverware, glassware, white linen napkins, white table cloths and skirts where applicable, votive and tea lights.
• Rental Fee includes set-up and break down for our equipment.  Additional decorations are the guest’s responsibility for setting up before and taking down after the event.

Facility fees:  All room charges are ABSOLUTLEY NON_REFUNDABLE, including cancellations.  To reserve your date requires the full room deposit for amount of guests you plan for, if your guest count increases you will be charged the additional rental fee.

When booking more than 6 months in advance, food costs are beyond our control and will be adjusted to meet Market Price. 

With prior consent, guests may bring in a cake from an outside source, although a plating charge will apply.  The Loft does not furnish cake cutting utensils if you bring in your own cake.
