The Loft is the centerpiece of a larger meeting facility known as 245 West.
We will work with you to match up the space to your event or events. The versatility of our spaces invites multi-purpose gatherings. For example, a wedding in the loft and a rehearsal dinner in The Coral Room. Or a business conference with break-out meetings in The Coral Room. Essentially, we have what you need and invite you to explore the site for details on spaces, menus and other services
The Spaces of 245 West;
The Loft: Large open-air area with provisions for up to 300 guests
The Garden Room: Private space for up to 50 guests
The Coral Room: Private space for up to 40 guests
RODI: Non-private space within the on-site restaurant with a capacity of 24 guests and ordering from our regular menu.

Christmas parties, retirement parties, bar / bat mitzvahs,
