Access To Facility Prior To or Post Rental Period For Set-Up, Decorating,
or Breakdown: $100 Per Day According To Availability.
Use Of Lower Level Of The Gem Of Ashley For Event: $250 (Set –Up
Of Any Food Stations, Bars, Musicians, Tables, Etc,)
All events should conclude by 11pm. Building must be vacated and secured by midnight.

Equipment Rental Fees
Quote Prices Include All Necessary Plates, Silverware, Linen Napkins,
Glassware And Candle Votives For Service Up To 100 Guests.
Additional Guest Count Will Require Rental Charges.

Rentals For Rodi, The Cypress Room And The Loft Are Made Through Gaston Rentals.

Additional Seating May Be Arranged At A Cost As Follows:
Black Folding Chairs @ $1.15 Each
5 Foot Round Tables To Seat 8 Each (With Lap-Length Linens) @ $15 Each
Plates, Glasses & Serviceware: Approximately 30 Cents Each Piece
Prices Exclude Delivery And Set-Up Fees.
These Prices Are Subject To Change According To Gaston Rentals’ Pricing Policies.

To Reserve The Facility, A Check Should Be Received Made Payable
To Rodi In The Amount Of The Appropriate Facility Fee.
This Amount Is Absolutely Non-Refundable.

A Deposit In The Amount Of One-Half Of The Estimated Food Charges
Will Be Required 7 Business Days In Advance Of Event.
